About KSRC KeyStone Research Corporation (KSRC)¹, located in northwest Pennsylvania , is a research and consulting organization incorporated in 1980. KSRC is a woman-owned business enterprise certified by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services.

KSRC provides expertise to organizations throughout the United States , enabling them to link research, policy, and practice. We work in partnership with public, private, and nonprofit organizations to increase their knowledge base, assist in program and policy development, evaluate the results, determine strategies for quality improvements, and provide implementation expertise.

Our approach helps organizations create systems that are operationally streamlined, accountable for results, and sustainable over time. At KSRC we provide custom-designed research, as well as administrative and consulting services to meet the specific needs of our clients.
