 In addition to KSRC's professional staff, other administrative and support staff work across projects to provide the finance and accounting services, graphic design and document preparation, information technology design and management, clerical services, warehousing and distribution services, and other assistance relative to each of KSRC's projects, as needed.

| Carmen Crespo (Team Leader for Assembly, Mailing, and Distribution Services): Carmen Crespo provides her expertise as the Team Leader for Assembly, Mailing, and Distribution Services that are offered through KeyStone Research Corporation or the Keystone Business Service Center, Also, Carmen supervises her team consisting of Agnes Jell , Mike Evans and any temporary staff needed during a large assembly and/or distribution of materials project. |
| Norma Johnson (Human Resources and Accounting Manager): Norma Johnson serves as the company's Human Resources and Accounting Manager . As such, she oversees all the human resource services for company employees and works with other agencies in providing a number of employee services and benefits. In addition, Norma provides accounting services for the company, including the general overhead expenses along with the various project budgets. |
| Reiko Champagne (Administrative Assistant): Reiko Champagne serves as the Administrative Assistant and assists the company management team in providing clerical and other administrative services to them. |
| Vince Jarzynka (IT Technician): Vince Jarzynka serves as the company's IT Technician , providing assistance to all employees regarding their IT needs, working on specific projects that require IT services, coordinating work with IT subcontractors, and also serving as the Product Manager for IT Services, which are marketed through the Keystone Business Service Center. |
| Ann St. George-Simpson (Graphic Designer): Ann St. George-Simpson provides her expertise as the Graphic Designer for KeyStone Research Corporation and Keystone Business Service Center. In that capacity, she serves as the Product Manager for Graphic Design Services for KBSC, she works on other company projects where graphic design services are required, and she provides graphic design services to a number of individual clients. |
